About me
I am a mom of 2 young women and one dog and I love living beside Lynn Creek where I walk in the forest every day. I am educated as a lawyer and teacher and spent several years working for the Canadian government on reconciliation with Indigenous people. I have been committed to climate action for many years: from local initiatives in an elementary school classroom to info sessions for seniors to policy and political campaigns at the provincial level. As a director and facilitator with DrawdownBC, now known as RegenerateBC, I experienced renewed hope and felt better equipped to take climate action and to encourage others to become involved in the movement towards a healthier future for all of us and our planet.
